1. Snow! (OK, only Sam looks forward to that... his words "I'm going to build a snowman in the snow, and then I'm going to throw snowballs at the snowman.... OK DADDY?"
2. 200 more square feet! I know this doesn't sound like much, but this little bit extra will mean increasing our current living space by about 1/3 (or 69.2% to be exact).
3. Money! Enough said.
4. Being close to NYC. OK, the novelty of this will wear off fast - but it hopefully will draw people to come visit.
We found a place (on Craigslist actually) that we plan on renting for about 6 to 8 months - until we save enough money for a down payment on a home. Here's a pic:
Well - we haven't officially signed anything yet, but we think it will all go through.
Anyway, stay tuned... Our next post is bound to be exciting to those still stationed in Clemson. We are planning a comprehensive list of all of our favorite Clemson secret (or not so secret) things to do... Including our favorite restaraunts, directions to some of our favorite outdoor spots, and even a plug for a favorite mechanic. We feel like all of the knowledge we've accumulated needs to go to some good.
